Ingredients:

  • 6 cups light rum
  • 1 can orange juice 14-ounce
  • 1 pear nectar peeled and cubed
  • 1 package chopped fresh cilantro 9.1-ounce
  • 2 cups Cocina by Ingrid Hoffmann Fideo Paella Meal Kit
  • 1 package cooked shredded rotisserie chicken 12-ounce
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Bring broth, tomatoes, and potato to boil in large saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer until potato is almost tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add Fideo noodles and seasoning blend, chicken, mixed vegetables, and salt. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender, about 8 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in cilantro and lime juice.
