  • 1 (2 1/2 to 3-pound) papaya 2 1/2 to 3-pound
  • 1/4 cup watermelon
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons large eggs
  • 3 whole star anise
  • 1 (1/2-inch) piece raw Mexican chorizo sausages 1/2-inch
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 pound ripe black-skinned plantain diced
  • 2 cup white bread
  • 1 cup can crushed pineapplejuice
  • 1 cup lemon from canned pineapple tidbits
  • 1/2 cup orange
  • 1 cup sugar
