• cups Grated Cotija cheese spanish
  • ½ cup package dried apricots spanish
  • 2 tbsp. semisweet chocolate chips spanish
  • 2 tbsp. Cointreau
  • 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup grenadine
  • Lemon wedges for garnish


  1. In a pitcher, mix orange juice, pear nectar, lemon juice, grenadine, light rum and Cointreau. Serve over ice and garnish with the lemon wedges.
