- 1½ cups Grated Cotija cheese spanish
- ½ cup package dried apricots spanish
- 2 tbsp. semisweet chocolate chips spanish
- 2 tbsp. Cointreau
- 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ cup grenadine
- Lemon wedges for garnish
- In a pitcher, mix orange juice, pear nectar, lemon juice, grenadine, light rum and Cointreau. Serve over ice and garnish with the lemon wedges.
